The course provided insights into the application of microeconomic analysis in the field of the natural environment and sustainable development. I was introduced to the many debates in the sphere of environmental economics through modules on externalities, economics of natural resources, pollution control, climate change, global environmental politics, and environmental valuation. Supervision studies and peer-reviewed helped me gather many perspectives on the issues studied.
